We are in the process of rebuilding and reformatting all of the BatchellerPad, USHLstuff and
MusketeersStuff web pages.  There are still some missing pictures, poor spacing, boarder issues and questionable spelling

 I am busily chipping away at these issues.

In 2000 the newly formed Sioux City Attack’s joined the twenty-one team Indoor Football League (IFL). Finishing the regular season
in fourth place with nine wins and four losses. They would win in the opening round of play-offs defeating the Lincoln Lighting,
however, the following weekend they would lose to the third place Bismark Blaze. The Attack’s huge success both on and off the
field prompted the sale of the Attack to a larger market at the completion of the season.

Indoor football was not through however, and thanks to several local Sioux City businessmen…
The Sioux City Bandits started play the next season in 2001. They would play as part of the newly formed National Indoor Football
League (NIFL). Over the next two decades the Bandits would build a winning tradition showcasing the talents of local player and
coaches. As of 2022 the Bandits have played in five league championship games and have been victorious in three of them.

The Bandits would change leagues several times; 2005 it would join the United Indoor Football (UIF) and in 2009 join the Indoor Football
league (IFL).
 In 20011 the Bandits would join the American Professional Football League (APFL) where they played for two seasons. In
2013 many of the APFL teams left to join the newly started Champions Indoor Professional Football League (CPIFL). In 2015 the CIPF
would absorb a pair of other indoor football leagues, adding more teams and rebranding as the Champions Indoor Football (CIF).

Sioux City Indoor Football Pocket Schedules

Indoor football would get it start in Sioux City in 2000, playing as the Sioux City Attack. Following a move to the IFL, local ownership
would take over the team’s operations and begin a long history of professional, family-friendly indoor football in the Siouxland
area. The team would feature players and coaches form the surrounding area schools, colleges and universities. During the first
dozen seasons the Bandits would see an move from the historic Auditorium and it’s miniature playing surface to the newly
completed 10K seat Tyson Event Center, complete a perfect fourteen game regular season, make an appearance in two
Championship games-winning one of them in 2011.

Did You Know...On May 29th, 2011 against the Kansas City Matadors, the Bandits would force twenty-three interceptions and eleven
fumble recoveries; defeating the Matadors in the team’s highest scoring victory to date 112-0.

After twelve seasons of indoor football and a League Championship, the Bandits enter a new era coaching. Former Bandit players,
coaches
and also Siouxland natives, Head Coach Irv Strohbeen and Offensive Coordinator Jerrod DeGeorgia take over the
coaching duties. Both with playing and coaching experience they are instrumental in the success of the team so far. Under the
direction of Coach Strohbeen the Bandits have completed
a second undefeated regular season and won a pair of League
Championships; he enters his eighth season with an 73-23 overall record.

Did You Know…Kicker Craig Conry holds the Bandits record for longest field goal at 54 yards on on March 25th, 2018. A week Later he
would set another team record when he kicked five field goals is a single game. He also hold the Bandits records for most
successful career field goals and extra points.

Did You know…Fred Jackson holds several single season Bandits rushing and touchdown records with 1770 yards and 40 touchdowns.
He also recorded a record 3699 all purpose yards and a total of 318 points during the 2004 and 2005 seasons. Fred would go on to
play for the Buffalo Bills for nine season and is currently their third all-time leading rusher.

2005 IFL Utility Player of the League

Worn during the 2006 or 2007 season by lineman and running back Jon Paulsen. Jon played for three seasons of professional
football in Sioux City.  This game jersey is made by Riddell and has tagging in the collar and on the front right hem. Screened
numbers. Siouxland Surgery Center sponsor patch. IFL collar logo sewn on over screened Bandits. Nameplate is heat

applied letters on jersey.

Did You Know…Head Coach Irv Strobeen is a two-time winner of the League’s Coach of te year award.  He would win it
consecutively in 2014 and 15.

Art Maulupe

Worn during the 2006 or 2007 season by lineman Art Maulupe. Art played for eight seasons of professional football
in Sioux City. His first season was spent with the Attack and he finished with 7 seasons as a Bandit. This game jersey had
manufacturer tagging in the collar and on the front right hem. Screened numbers. Siouxland Surgery Center sponsor
patch. IFL collar logo sewn on over screened Bandits logo. Attached nameplate on jersey with heat applied letters.

 Did You Know…Art holds the Bandits record for total blocked kicks with 18 over his eight season career.

played three season of professional football for the Bandits and wasa part of the 2011 APFL Championship
Team.  The Bandits
go undefeated and bring home Sioux City’s first ever professional football championship. Before joining the
Bandits, Andy played
four seasons for the Nebraska Cornhuskers and one for the Tri-City Diesel (NIFL).
